CESA membership criteria
- Being an emergency service organization in Colorado
- Willingness to collaborate and share best practices
- Attending annual member meetings
- $50 annual membership fee
- Appointing Gallagher as broker for Pinnacol workers' comp
Pinnacol membership criteria
- Complete required safety trainings (for 4% workers’ comp discount)
- Complete cost-containment certification (for additional 5% workers’ comp discount)
- Implement CESA's return-to-work program
- Meet loss ratio of less than 55%
